Born from a shared passion for heritage, performance, and storytelling, SVP’s latest collaboration with ICON pays tribute to one of motorsport’s greatest legends: the Porsche 917K. Inspired by Porsche’s groundbreaking first overall victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, and later immortalised forever in Steve McQueen’s celebrated film Le Mans.

In 1970, the 917 claimed Porsche’s first outright triumph at Le Mans, redefining endurance racing and setting a new standard for performance, bravery, and engineering excellence. It was a machine that inspired an entire generation of drivers, enthusiasts, and dreamers like ourselves.

At SVP, we are more than specialists—we’re artisans. Our own FIA-historic builds—such as the 934 RSR and 911 RSR—have earned acclaim for their precision and authenticity, often described as if they had just left the factory floor.
